Click on our video above to learn more about Nueva's high school and the Nueva way.

Since the school's inception more than 45 years ago, Nueva has provided a hands-on, project-based curriculum with an emphasis on social and emotional learning. This curriculum has served as a model for other schools and educators across the country and around the world. The school is now building upon that experience and its culture of community collaboration to create a new high school that will prepare students for life in the 21st century. The school's inquiry-based curriculum will foster the development of its students as resilient, thoughtful leaders with robust problem-solving skills, and the creativity required for success in a rapidly changing global environment. The new high school will open August 2013 with the first class of grade 9 students.

We are now accepting applications for the founding freshman class. Please visit our How to Apply page for more information or join us at one of the open house sessions (dates and times posted at right).
